Prices are in Lei or Euro, without VAT. We offer free shipping for orders of minimum 500 lei + VAT (offer valid only in Romania and is not valid for communes or villages where additional kilometers are charged!). TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS

We inform you that in accordance with the GEO34/2014, you have a 14 calendar days return request period valid from the date when you took possession of the product ordered online and delivered by a courier approved by the supplier. The provisions of GEO 34/2014 apply only to the consumer, defined as any natural person or group of natural persons constituted in associations as defined in art. 2, point 2 of OG 21/1992 on consumer protection, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions. In accordance with GEO 34/2014, the customer (natural person) who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal and return, must take into account the following aspects: the returned product must be in the same physical and functional condition as it was at the date when it was received based on the order made online. The customer shall be liable for any diminished value of the good due to its use to an extent that exceeds the limit necessary to establish the nature of its characteristics and mode of operation. The Supplier may retain a sum of money equivalent to the costs of reconditioning goods returned with defects in appearance, functioning, missing accessories or incomplete, excessively damaged or missing packaging. This amount is determined by an authorized service based on a quotation or repair estimate. The Customer may also waive the return decision after the returned product has entered the Supplier's possession. In this case, the costs of returning or relocating the product shall be borne by the Customer. The costs of return shall be borne by the Customer and the reimbursement of the value of the product shall be made no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the product that was the subject of the sale. Situations in which products purchased on-line cannot be returned According to Ord. 130/2000. Chap. 2, Art. 10 products manufactured on "special order" cannot be returned (SPECIAL ORDER is defined as the list of products ordered by the customer and which are not in the usual stock of the Supplier but which can be delivered on the basis of a firm order) Unitex Production Equipment Ro SRL assumes no responsibility for any damage of any nature whatsoever, damage caused by defects in its products. No compensation will be paid by us for modifications or repairs to its products.
