Return policy

1. Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer must ensure that the Products delivered meet his expectations in terms of quality and quantity. If this is not the case, the Customer may notify the Customer Relations Service by calling telephone number in the section "Contact" or by email to info@unitexproduction.com  as soon as possible to remedy the situation.
2. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, i.e. to return a Product within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than the cost of returning the Product. This option is NOT valid for Customers who are not consumers (i.e. it is not valid for Customers who are legal entities or PFA).
3. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased or delivered and with all components, accessories and any gifts it was accompanied with, including user manuals or warranty certificates.
4. If the price of the Product has been paid by the Customer, the Customer shall be refunded the price within 14 days from the date on which the Customer informs UNITEX PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT RO SRL on its decision to withdraw from the Contract, provided that return is permitted by law.
5. Returns are NOT accepted for special order products.
6. The method of returning defective products under warranty consists in replacing the product with another product from the store, with the minimum value of the returned product and with the payment of the difference by the customer, if the new product has a higher value than the returned one.
