Return Policy

1. Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer must ensure that the delivered products correspond in terms of quality and quantity to his expectations. Otherwise, the Customer may notify the Customer Service by calling the telephone number in the “Contact” section or by email at info@unitexproduction.com as soon as possible to remedy the situation.

2. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a Product within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring other costs than those of returning the Product. This option is NOT valid for Non-Consumer Customers (ie not valid for Legal or PFA Customers).

3. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased or delivered and have all the components, accessories and any gifts that came with it, including user manuals or warranty certificates.

4. If the price of the Product has been paid by the Customer, he will be reimbursed that price within 14 days from the date on which the Customer informs UNITEX PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT RO SRL on its decision to withdraw from the Contract, provided that the return is permitted by law.

5. Return is NOT accepted for products made to special order.

6. The way of returning the defective products under warranty consists in replacing the product with another product in the store, having the minimum value of the returned product and paying the difference by the customer, if the new product has a higher value than the returned one.
